RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Shipping

 We offer FREE Shipping on all orders above a minimum order amount, which is informed on the website from time to time. For all orders below the minimum order amount, an additional shipping charge of 90 INR will be applied at checkout. The order will take 7-10 days to reach your doorstep. You can consider the shipping rates shown at the time of checkout to be final.

Cancellations

Orders that are placed can be cancelled on the same day by reaching out to our customer care in time that is before the order is shipped. If you cancel it in time, will refund the full amount back into your account. It may take 5 - 10 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.

Refunds

Products once dispatched are considered sold and hence refunds are not processed. However, if products are found damaged on delivery, a replacement would be initiated after due review and consideration, if the said concern is raised within 3 days from the date of delivery. This policy is in place to address any genuine customer grievances in a systematic and ethical manner.
