Cancellation Policy

At Waasana, we strongly believe in our ethical business practices and strive towards quality and purity every single day. If any of your queries still remain unanswered, please mail us at hello@waasana.com with your concern and we shall respond at the earliest.

Cancellation can be processed only for orders that have not yet been dispatched, with a cancellation fee of Rs.50, by contacting our customer care. Orders that have been shipped already are not eligible for cancellations. Full refund for orders eligible for cancellation takes 5 - 10 business days to be reflected in your account.

It is highly recommended that, if a cancellation is required, it be initiated on the same day of order placement so as to be eligible for a full refund. Please note that any order is subject to cancellation if the product in order is out of stock, in which case a full refund is initiated.
