Refund Policy

At Waasana, we strongly believe in our ethical business practices and strive towards quality and purity every single day. If any of your queries still remain unanswered, please mail us at hello@wildorganicahome.com with your concern and we shall respond at the earliest.

Products once dispatched are considered sold and hence refunds are not processed. However, if products are found damaged on delivery, a replacement would be initiated after due review and consideration, if the said concern is raised within 3 days from the date of delivery. The entire process of replacement is expected to be completed within 7 - 21 business days.

Products that have been tampered with or opened after delivery are not eligible for any replacement. This policy is in place to address any genuine customer grievances in a systematic and ethical manner.

Refunds and replacements are processed based on the sole discretion of the company and these are subject to change at any time without prior notice.
