Order Processing takes an average of 1 - 5 business days and the next business day after the day of order placement is considered Day 1. Orders placed during periods of popular sales may take longer. Orders placed are expected to be delivered within 7 - 10 business days.
We also offer free shipping on all prepaid, domestic order amounts placed on our website above Rs. 2499.

Cancellation can be processed only for orders that have not yet been dispatched, with a cancellation fee of Rs.50, by contacting our customer care. Orders that have been shipped already are not eligible for cancellations. Full refund for orders eligible for cancellation takes 5 - 10 business days to be reflected in your account.
It is highly recommended that, if a cancellation is required, it be initiated on the same day of order placement so as to be eligible for a full refund. Please note that any order is subject to cancellation if the product in order is out of stock, in which case a full refund is initiated.

Products once dispatched are considered sold and hence refunds are not processed. However, if products are found damaged on delivery, a replacement would be initiated after due review and consideration, if the said concern is raised within 3 days from the date of delivery. The entire process of replacement is expected to be completed within 7 - 21 business days.
Products that have been tampered with or opened after delivery are not eligible for any replacement. This policy is in place to address any genuine customer grievances in a systematic and ethical manner.
Refunds and replacements are processed based on the sole discretion of the company and these are subject to change at any time without prior notice.
